I blend counselling, mind–body regulation and practical tools to support steady, sustainable change. When helpful, we may include the MAP Method™ - a gentle, neuroscience‑informed way to help the mind update unhelpful emotional patterns. Everything is adapted to you.

All sessions are online via secure video so you can settle into therapy from your own space, keep a consistent rhythm and access support wherever you are in the UK.

This work suits adults who want a steady, compassionate process rather than quick fixes - including those who feel sceptical after previous therapy. We’ll move gently and collaboratively.
What working together looks like
Most clients begin with a 12‑week programme that builds safety, insight and lasting change. After the programme, you can continue with individual sessions if that feels helpful.
Will I have to revisit everything in detail?
No. We’ll only go where feels safe and useful. There are many gentle ways to work with trauma that don’t require retelling every experience.
