Please contact Bupa first to check that your policy covers counselling or psychotherapy. You should also confirm how many sessions Bupa authorises and whether you need to pay any excess or co-payment.

You can book a free consultation and include your authorisation code when you do. Karen will then confirm the next steps, availability, and any co-payment details with you.

You and Karen will agree a regular weekly time and meet by secure video. For authorised sessions, Karen invoices Bupa directly. You only pay any agreed excess or co-payment.
